About RH Equine Promotions | Equine Marketing Specialist

I am an equine marketing specialist currently based in Uxbridge. I have been involved with horses for the last 9 years and am now looking to work with small and medium-sized equine businesses.

I set up the business in April 2020, after completing my undergraduate degree at Brunel University London. Strangely enough, my degree is actually in Politics because I hadn’t at that point realised what I wanted to do professionally

Whilst at university, I volunteered to help manage Brunel University Equestrian Club. This involved managing the club’s website and social media, so I picked up a fair bit of experience here. We were on a virtually non-existent budget and balancing my responsibilities with work and my course was challenging. However, I really enjoyed it and decided that it was what I wanted to do. I especially wanted to combine my social media marketing experience with the opportunity to be creative and independent.

I have also worked alongside my partner Liam since 2016. Liam has his own digital marketing business, established in 2015, specialising in SEO and PPC. Today, we work together very closely and Liam manages SEO, PPC and website design work for my equine business clients. Between us, Liam and I have worked with small and large business from a range of sectors other than equine, including property, beauty, tech, retail and more, ranging from small businesses to larger multinationals.

Together, Liam and I make a fantastic team and the combination of our skills and experience is hugely beneficial to our equine business clients.

I always aim to develop a positive relationship and rapport with my clients and play an active role in the development of their business. I will usually offer site visits, which give me the opportunity to really get to know my clients and their businesses. Clients are always welcome to call or email me with any questions or ideas. 

I understand that horses are never a 9-to-5, Monday-to-Friday job, and I do work evenings and weekends as and when required.

Unlike large, mainstream marketing agencies, I offer a service that is both fully bespoke to your business requirements and flexible enough to accommodate changing circumstances. 

I will always seek to work with you and make changes as and when required. My services are available as one-offs, rolling or fixed-term contracts, but each option allows a degree of flexibility to give you peace of mind.

I offer free consultations and quotes so I can get to know your business and your requirements before providing a price. Every business is different and the same applies to equine businesses – they all have different aims, challenges, target markets, etc so it makes sense to spend some time to understand what the client wants to get out of their marketing before offering a solution.

I always aim to offer an “all-inclusive” service where possible, because it provides maximum flexibility. However, I understand that budgets may not always allow the scope to do this so I am also happy to offer basic packages with the option to pay for extras as and when you want them.

For example: I would usually include fresh cover / header graphics roughly once every 3 months with my ongoing management service. However, if you’re on a tight budget I can offer you a basic package and then give you the opportunity to purchase new cover / header graphics as a one-off on an ad hoc basis.

I will always tell you in advance if something is going to cost extra, so you can make an informed decision on whether to go ahead or not. Any exclusions will also be made clear to you in writing so you know what you can expect.
